Having been raised in Nashville, Sam has an intimate understanding of the local market and its unique nuances. Sam gained valuable skills during his time in life insurance and medical device sales. His ability to communicate complex information and strong sense of professionalism has enabled him to proved exceptional customer service in the real estate industry. 

Currently, Sam serves as a co-founder of Boulevard Nashville, a prestigious real estate group that focuses on acquisition and infill development in the greater Nashville area. With his astute business acumen and passion for transformative projects in his homeotwn, Sam plays a pivotal role in guiding the group's strategic direction and ensuring the success of their endeavors.

Sam and his wife, both Ole Miss graduates have three children. He is actively engaged in his community through coachign youth sports, instilling valuable life skills and fostering teamwork among the next generation. In his leisure time, Sam enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family. Sam is a graudate of the University of Mississippi and a graduate of Christ Presbyterian Academy in Nashville.
