A Nashville resident by way of Texas, Sarah has proudly called this "little big town" home for a decade now. After earning her Bachelors in Communications and Business from The University of Texas, she chased her dreams to Music City where the people, the music, and the heart have kept her ever since.

Clients appreciate her paitence, clear communication skills, and expertise in all-things Nashville. As a third generation Realtor, Sarah knows that great Realtors listen and advise their clients throughout, and after, the purchase or sale of a home. Sarah was about to discern our wants and needs for a home, continually present us with options, lead us all around the greater Nashville area while we figured out what areas suited us, and ultimately, help us find a home. We ended up making an offer on a home that only Sarah and a family member were able to visit, yet her thorough video chats, photos, and videos made us very comfortable purchasing a home from far away. She helped us secure a deal under budget, under listing, under appraised value, and helped us through the home buying process. She took time when we flew in to drive us around to around 10 homes in one day to help us narrow down our search area and was always responsive within an hour (even on tough phone calls neither of us wanted to make)! She helped us put together a well written contract that protected us up until the final walk through where the oven wasn't working but was during inspection. Even in this crazy seller's market, she negotiated a deal that would replace the oven at no cost to us. She was truly fantastic and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the home she helped us find.
