Scott Morgan

Scott Morgan has been a resident of Sumner County for over 45 years.  He is a graduate of Vol State and WKU with a BS in Accounting.  Scott spent 18 years in manufacturing accounting finishing his career as controller.  After 18 years Scott decided to hang up his accounting hat and pursue a career in construction.  He became a general contractor and owned his own business for a number of years before joining a local residential home builder where he performed quality inspections of inventory homes and walked new homeowners through their homes before the close process.  He would work diligently to insure that all issues were addressed and has maintained lasting friendships with many of the homeowners he met over the 8 years he served in this role.  In 2021 Scott began his career in real estate.  Looking for his niche, he found that his experience with home construction allows him to serve his buyers who are looking for a new constructed home to purchase or for a home that has been loved and is ready for a new family.  His experience and construction background provide his sellers the opportunity to seek advice as to how best improve their home to enhance their home's value.  Scott and his wife Patti have a daughter who lives in LA and 2 sons who reside with their families in Sumner County.  They are actively involved at their church, NorthField Church, in Gallatin.
