I chose to pursue a career in real estate after buying my dream home and enjoying the home buying process during a hectic market while still living out of State. My husband and I were first-time homeowners when we bought our unique Hermitage home from a Titans player. I fell in love with the always-changing Tennessee housing market and the welcoming communities.
I understand how stressful the homebuying and selling process can be and I guarantee to minimize the stress for my clients so they can enjoy the process. Real Estate is my full-time occupation, my sole focus is your business.
Buyers: You can be assured that I will I choose and pre-view every single home before you view them in order to verify that the homes meet your standards and criteria.
Sellers: I understand that your home or investment property is most likley your biggest investment. I will work with you to price your home right, marketed it correctly and make sure it is sold within your desiered timeframe.
I have completed extensive courses in real estate law, appraisal, finances, and marketing, ethics and property management. Additionally, I am a member of the national association of REALTORS®, tennessee association of REALTORS®, and the greater nashville association of REALTORS®.
