Steve Richardson

As a native Tennessean, I have lived in and around Middle Tennessee my entire life. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I had a successful career in Human Resources Management for 25 years which taught me many valuable lessons about dealing with people and the importance of customer service and satisfaction. As a former Bob Parks "Rookie of the Year", I have continued that same approach and philosphy of treating people the way I want to be treated. My family was involved in real estate, property acquisition and property management and my extended family was involved in residential construction and the building supply business. I was educated in the public school system in Columbia, Tennessee and received both my Bachelor's and Masters degree from Middle Tennessee State University. I have been very active in the communities in which I have lived and have served in leadership positions in civic,professional and church organizations. My wife of over thirty-five years, Kathy, is the School Secretary at Blackman Middle School and we have two sons. Clay and Wil, who are both graduates of MTSU. Clay is an agronomist with Ag Central Farmers Cooperative in Athens, Tennessee and is married to wife Amanda. They have two daughters, Tenley and Allie and live in Cleveland, Tennessee. Wil is married to wife Lindsey and they live in here in Murfreesboro.
