Sue Mendes

Sue Mendes is a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors who joined Parks in January 2024.She has an Industrial Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech and a background in technical sales. Her attention to detail and communication skills allow her to listen to your needs and build lasting relationships with her clients.

Sue has lived in Nashville since 1995 with her husband, Bob. They have two daughters, Katie and Claire who are in college, and a Goldendoodle, Hope. In her spare time, Sue can be found volunteering at schools and healthcare facilities with Hope, who is a registered therapy dog.
