Susan knows that buying or selling a home is one of the largest, most important financial transaction people experience in their lifetime. She started her career working for many builders such as – Turnberry Homes, Zaring Homes (currently Drees Homes), Newmark Homes, and The Jones Company. After winning several awards such as "Most Dollar Volume Sold" and "Most Units Sold" in new construction, she felt she had reached her goals in that field and wanted to move into General Brokerage sales. She joined Bob Parks Realty in 2000. She has been successful continuing to work with custom builders in new construction, as well as re-sales and buyers moving to the area. Much of her business comes from referrals from past clients. She specializes in the Nashville area and surrounding counties but will and has traveled much further for the needs of her clients. After 17 years of re-sale, Buyer Representation, referral business, and new construction. She is currently representing several custom home builders and new construction communities in the Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville areas in addition to serving the other areas of her resale home business. She has dedicated herself to her profession and has served as the President of the Sales & Marketing Council, which is a division of the Home Builder's Association of Middle Tennessee. A current member of The Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She is a past member of the Women's Council of Realtors. She has completed Broker Management Training, IRM Training (Institute of Residential Marketing), Realtors Institute, Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) training, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Professional, and Accredited Buyer's Representative Training (ABR). She has had the honor of being featured consistently in the Top 25 Realtors of Middle Tennessee, recognized on a National level, recipient of the "Top Residential Sales Professional" at Bob Parks Realty (out of 900 agents) multiple times.
