Tammy Lyng and Bre Fears are a Mother-Daughter team with Parks in Brentwood, TN. Their team has been successfully selling Residential Real Estate as Realtors® in Middle Tennessee since 2014.They received the Silver Award of Excellence with Greater Nashville Realtors for 2019-2022, as well as Williamson County Association of Realtors in 2020-2022. They both assist Relocation clients and are Leading RE Relocation Specialists. In addition, Bre holds her CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation, ASP (Accredited Staging Professional®) designation, and PSA (Pricing Strategies Advisor) certification and Tammy is a broker and  holds her SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, PSA (Pricing Strategies Advisor) certification, and E-pro certification. Tammy and Bre work with first time home buyers to selling luxury homes and everything in between! Tammy and Bre have many connections when it comes to Real Estate and the vendors you may need. Bre and her husband, Adam Fears own Fears Construction Inc. that specializes in pre-market updating, home additions, renovations (kitchens and bathrooms), garages, porches and more! They enjoy working with mutual clients to get their house sold for top dollar using their experience and knowledge being in and out of homes everyday. Bre holds her ASP (Accredited Staging Partner) designation that is a bonus for sellers when listing their home. She traditionally uses what the client already has to make it most cost effective. On occasion, she will bring in small items to stage or partner with a local staging company and/or an interior designer if need be.

Bre Fears is a gypsy soul at heart who set roots in Nashville, TN in 2010. Bre has moved over 25 times in her life; including living in Minnesota, Georgia, California and Tennessee. Being she has lived all over the U.S., she has learned the importance of diversity and culture. Selling Real Estate in Middle Tennessee seemed to be a perfect fit for Bre. She thrives in sales with an honest and genuine approach to better serve her clients during the search, negotiations, and every last detail until closing day (and beyond). Whether moving 5 miles or state to state, Bre understands the stress from personal experience. Her goal is to make her clients’ move stress free and enjoyable. Bre and Adam have a daughter, Avery and two Siberian huskies, Kiera and Kyra.  Bre and Adam are very involved in their church community. They also love spending time on the lake, walks with the dogs, and traveling. 

Tammy loves the Nashville vibe. There is always something fun to do or communities in which to serve in Middle Tennessee. Tammy has also moved many times in her life within states as well as across the country and she uses her experiences to help clients navigate this journey successfully. Tammy enjoys serving in the community including Make A Wish, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank and church involvement. Tammy loves time with her granddaughter, walking/hiking, music festivals, traveling, short-term mission trips and sharing her love of Essential oils.
