(0 reviews)When I think through the process of buying or selling a home, it is A LOT both emotionally and physically. One thing in particular I value when looking for a home is community. The beauty of community is that it can take on a variety of forms. To one person community looks like schools for their children, to someone else community is walkability to local shops, sips and eats. To an investor, community may take the form of property locations or uniqueness of a neighborhood.
When I moved to Nashville in 2003, I followed a path in the music business handling public relations, marketing, and events. My husband and I bought our first house in East Nashville in 2004. Within 6 months after buying our first house, which felt like a HUGE purchase, we bought our first rental property and so began our real estate side hustle. Over the last 18 years I have served as a landlord, a short-term rental manager, project manager and designer for our investment properties.
I genuinely love helping people and problem solving. The relationship I strive to have with clients is a partnership as we navigate the home buying process together, communicating step by step.
Outside of the realm of real estate, you'll find me enjoying my family. I am most likely to be spotted on a soccer field or in a gym cheering for my son or daughter, listening to live music with my husband or walking my dog through my neighborhood that I adore.
I have loved watching the city of Nashville grow and invite people from all over the country to share the beauty and enhanced quality of life offered in Middle Tennessee. I look forward to partnering with clients so you too can find your community.
