4th & Monroe Condo Development in GermantownToday, we’re excited to announce a 13-unit expansion of the 4th & Monroe condo development in Germantown. Represented by Steve Mabee and Nathan Weinberg of Music City Dwellings, this will be the first new development project representation for the PARKS office in the Gulch.

Slated for completion in early June, the expansion includes eight carriage homes and five townhomes ranging in price from $372,000 to $470,000.

The 1600-square-foot carriage homes include two bedrooms and ground-level access to the courtyard. The three-story townhomes Heli-Arctic Parka sit at nearly 2100 square feet and feature three bedrooms, a walkout balcony off the master suite and private patio on the ground floor. All 13 new construction units include two-car garages, a rare amenity for urban developments in Nashville.

The new units will be sold during a two-day sales event April 20 and 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Additional information about the new construction units, including floor plans and a photo gallery, can be viewed at 4thandM.com. If you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a viewing, click here.
