Parks is proud to highlight one of our amazing agents from our West Nashville office, Anna Hollingsworth! She has been a member of the Parks family for a year and a half and joined us when she first became a real estate agent.

Anna earned a degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama and minored in Political Science. She specializes in public relations and marketing, but also has extensive experience in social media marketing, branding, and content development.

Prior to a career in real estate, Anna worked for public figure Al Gore and then in public affairs for a large financial corporation before stepping into real estate marketing. She felt that her background in marketing, matched with the high level of service required to work for a public figure, prepared her well for a successful career in real estate. Most recently, Anna handled content and social media marketing for another brokerage before getting her license and joining Parks.

When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Anna stated, “The services and resources that Parks offers its agents are unmatched in the industry. I also appreciated that Parks matched new agents with an experienced mentor.” She continued, “My mentor, Wesley Harvey, has been integral to my success as a new agent. Thank you, Wesley! I am also so grateful for the amazing agents at the Parks West office. Every single one of them has been a part of my journey and is always willing to answer questions and share experiences.”

During her time with Parks, Anna has been a Top 10 Producer for the Parks West office and was included in the Top 100 Parks agents in the first half of 2020. If she could offer a tip to new agents, it would be these wise words from Ninja and the book Go-Giver, “Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.” She believes that if you practice giving value to those around you, success will follow.

Outside of real estate, Anna is part of the board for Retrieving Independence, a nonprofit organization that partners with state and local prisons to breed and train service dogs. In addition, she is a volunteer for the Contributor Homeless Newspaper and enjoys volunteering for the Chi Omega Housing Corporation at Vanderbilt University. In her spare time, you can catch Anna spending time with her husband and two-year-old son. They enjoy walking at Radnor Lake and being together outdoors. Pre-pandemic, she also liked party planning and hosting events.

Fun facts: Anna has played violin in New York’s world-renowned Carnegie Hall. She has also been published… in two of Al Gore’s books where he thanked her in the epilogues.
