Parks is proud to highlight an amazing agent from our Gulch office, Caroline Reeves!

Caroline has been a part of the Parks family since she got her license three years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and business from the University of Tennessee. When it comes to real estate, Caroline specializes in first-time homebuyers and relocation.

Prior to real estate, Caroline was the Nashville Event Director for iHeartMedia where she was responsible for planning and executing special events, media partnerships, and sponsorships for 10+ annual events. She also handled all marketing, advertising, and graphic design for their events and sponsorships. Right before Caroline got her real estate license, she was the Social & Leisure Sales Manager for Grand Ole Opry Entertainment Group.

Caroline chose to become a real estate agent because she has always been in love with homes and the design process. This led her to originally study architecture in college before she moved into advertising and business. After putting on events in Nashville for a couple of years, someone suggested that she try real estate and she has loved it ever since. Caroline loves that this job connects her with her passion while also helping out others through one of the most important and stressful life transitions.

When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Caroline stated, “When I purchased my first home before becoming an agent, I kept hearing about Parks and considered it as one of the top companies in real estate. So, naturally, when I got my license, Parks was the first place I visited.” She continued, “Not only was I drawn to the culture, but also the amazing tools and marketing resources. In most cases, Parks tools are way more robust and extensive than other companies and I thought that would truly set me apart from the competition. Parks also has a great mentorship program which honestly helped me get where I am today.”

If Caroline could offer some tips to new agents, they would be to trust the Ninja process, focus on social media when you’re a new agent, and never give up. “If you are consistently working on your business, the results will come. It might be three months or it might be seven months. The important thing is to not compare yourself to other agents – we are all on a different journey. Your sphere of influence are going to be your biggest supporters. Nurture those relationships and be genuine. Another thing that really worked for me starting out was focusing on social media. I can't tell you how many times my sphere of influence has reached out about something I posted,” she said.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys diving into the local food scene, being outside, and spending time with her future husband, Conor. You can also find her spending time with her rescue dog, Colby! Colby led her to her passion of volunteering for dog rescues and being a foster for dogs in need. Fun facts: Caroline played lacrosse for the University of Tennessee and competed in various beauty pageants. She also loves margaritas and queso!
