Parks is proud to highlight an amazing agent from our Mt. Juliet office, Jennifer Hamrick!

Jennifer has been a part of the Parks family since she got her license three years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and specializes in working with real estate investors and urban core properties. Prior to real estate, Jennifer worked in sales and management for over 12 years. In her previous role, she worked in the social services field for five years with a nonprofit that helped families involved with the Department of Children’s Services.

When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Jennifer stated, “Parks felt like family from the moment I walked through the door.” She chose to become a real estate agent because it allows her to combine her background in business and sales with her passion for helping others. “Since she got her license, Jennifer has grown her business, her knowledge, and become one of our top producers. She has a heart of gold and is generous and supportive to brand new agents who dream to be in her shoes one day,” said Parks in Mt. Juliet Managing Broker, Jeanette Nelson.

If Jennifer could offer a tip to new agents, it would be that proper training is of the utmost importance. “Go to Parks University, complete Ninja, and attended every training you can. Your knowledge will not only help your clients but also put you on the path for continued success,” she stated.

Jennifer is the co-founder of the Middle TN Investors and Wholesalers Network, the co-founder of the Corkscrews and Contracts real estate podcast, and the co-owner of the Tennessee Real Estate Investors Association. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends, trying new restaurants, cooking, exercising, traveling, and experiencing the fun Nashville has to offer.

We love having Jennifer as part of the Parks family!
