Parks is proud to highlight the managing broker of our Sumner office, Kindle Hughes! Kindle has been a part of the Parks family for over a year and a real estate agent for almost nine years.
Kindle holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Union University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. Prior to real estate, Kindle worked as an elementary school teacher for Metro Nashville Public Schools for eight years.
Kindle chose to become a real estate agent because she has a passion to help others build wealth through real estate. She loves educating people on the processes of buying, selling, and investing. “It isn't a one-time transaction for me. After working with me, I want clients to feel better equipped and more confident in all their future real estate transactions,” she stated.
When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Kindle stated, “Parks is special from the top down! It has a solid, long-standing reputation because of the leadership at the top that flows into the agents.” She continued, “The heart of Bob, Marie, Jenni, and the entire Broker team is truly agent and client-centric. There is nothing Parks doesn't offer! Whether it's tools, resources, technology, training, or culture – they have it all!
Kindle is a graduate of Greater Nashville REALTORS®’ Leadership Academy and also holds her Broker’s license. If she could offer a tip to new agents, she would recommend that they learn to do the basics better than everyone else. “Know your contracts and forms inside and out, and ‘show up’ every single day. These two things alone will set you apart! Don’t give up – with the right habits, systems, and processes in place, it will pay off!” Kindle said.
In her spare time, Kindle enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and her two children, Preslee and Pierson. She also loves getting to spend time with her English Bulldog, Pumpkin Spice!
