Parks is proud to highlight the managing broker of our West Nashville office, Zach Brickner! Zach has been a part of the Parks family for nine months and a real estate agent for over seven and a half years.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He joined the real estate industry straight out of college and now specializes in Nashville’s urban core — specifically the areas of Germantown, East Nashville, Sylvan Park, The Nations, and West End.

When asked why he chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Zach stated, “I chose Parks because I was leaving a five-year stint on a real estate team and I needed to excel in the items the team used to provide for me.” He continued, “Parks' marketing, technology, and culture were everything that I was looking for.”

Zach chose to become a real estate agent because of the relationships and flexibility. First and foremost, he loves to connect people and be the connector within his friend groups. The opportunity of getting to work with clients for extended periods of time gives him great happiness. Secondly, Zach loves the flexibility of real estate and how it allows him the ability to travel the world, while also staying connected to his job.

If Zach could offer a tip to new agents, it would be to show up and join groups where you do what you love. “Showing up is 80% of the job and you'll be successful if you commit to being present in the office. Additionally, when you do what you love, you meet people with similar interests and beliefs and they will inevitably work with you!” Zach says.

Zach has had many professional accomplishments since he joined the real estate industry. He earned his broker’s license in 2017, acted as President of the Nashville Junior Chamber of Commerce from 2017 to 2019, and graduated from Leadership Nashville in 2019. Zach was also recognized as one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 in 2019 and held a role in the leadership and planning team of Leadership Nashville's 2020 class.

In his spare time, Zach enjoys working out at Orange Theory, watching movies, kayaking on the Harpeth River, playing video games, and traveling the world. Fun fact: During his senior year of high school, Zach was the co-captain of the ultimate frisbee team that won the state championship and was ranked number one in the nation on multiple occasions.
