The Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville and it’s partners are teaming up to celebrate the Chinese New Year. There will be professional jugglers, Chinese dance, music, Chinese Yo-Yo, Chinese naming, arts & crafts for children, bamboo dance, martial arts, and Chinese language students’ presentations. In addition, there will also be a traditional Chinese lion dance and dragon dance!

Guests will have the chance to participate in putting and chipping challenges, as well as the opportunity to hear expert guided seminars on everything golf related. Junior golfers won’t be left out! Be a part of this overnight paranormal investigation of the Rippavilla Plantation! Hosted by Southern Innovative Paranormal, guests will join the Paranormal Investigative Team and conduct research at this location. Enjoy this free event! This classical workshop will be led by professor Dr. Guanping Zheng, Director of the Confucius Institute at MTSU. During his third brush painting workshop at the Center for the Arts, Dr. Zheng will lead the group in basic calligraphy and brush painting techniques that utilize proper Chinese ink, paper, and paints.
