It's that time of the month again! We are excited to announce February's LoLo gifts! There are so many unique, wonderful, local businesses in Middle Tennessee and it's time to celebrate them this month!
LoLo, Locals Supporting Locals, is an amazing program for your Parks REALTOR® to give to you! Each month, a completely free, new gift comes to your cell phone for you to enjoy. The gifts are selected by county and are only for local businesses, no nationwide chains!
LoLo helps remind us to shop local and support our friends and neighbors! Here are February's gifts to you!
Williamson County
High Brow Coffee + Tea can be found in the Westhaven Town Center, three miles west of downtown Franklin. They pride themselves in their premium ingredients, outstanding products, and excellent customer service. Locals rave about their Bourbon Caramel Latte for having great flavor that isn't overpowered by sugar and artificial sweeteners. Their homemade pop-tarts are also a big hit that many choose to enjoy while taking advantage of their cozy indoor and outdoor seating options.

Davidson County
Olive & Sinclair was founded in 2007 and is the only bean-to-bar chocolate company in Tennessee. They pride themselves in their Southern Artisan Chocolate that comes in many flavors, such as Sea Salt Chocolate, Buttermilk White, and Coffee Crunch. They call East Nashville home, and they proudly serve their customers from Fatherland Street on Tuesday-Saturday.

Sumner County
Black Press Coffee Shop ensures Sumner County is caffeinated by having locations in both Hendersonville and Gallatin. They partner with Bad Habit Coffee Company and all of their coffee beans are roasted in their Hendersonville store daily for guaranteed quality. They serve traditional favorites including cold brew, lattes, and espresso, but you could also try their herbal hibiscus tea to switch it up!

Southern Tré Steakhouse is a family owned business that is dedicated to serving Columbia, Tennessee and the surrounding areas. This steakhouse offers an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for celebrating all occassions with your friends and family, so take advantage of their beautiful courtyard when the weather is nice! Even though they are a steakhouse, you need to make sure to save room for more than just your filet or ribeye. Their James K. Polk dessert is a Belgian waffle topped with vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate and strawberry syrup, fresh berries, whip cream, and maple syrup, which should not be missed!

Rutherford County
Boro Town Cakes whips up all kinds of tasty treats for Murfreesboro and the surrounding areas! They are known for decorated cookies and elaborate cakes with flavors including carrot cake, red velvet, and all of your traditional favorites. They also serve breakfast and lunch all day if you need a boost. Boro Town Cakes thrives with custom designs, and some of their recent creations include a tiered jungle birthday cake and a Valentine's Conversation Heart cake. Check them out near the square if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Sweet Thing Bakery has been serving fresh treats in Lebanon since 2013, and they even offer sugar free and gluten free options. They also create many seasonal treats, such as cheesecake stuffed strawberries for Valentine's Day! Sweet Thing Bakery constantly pushes the envelope for new ideas, and one of their most recent creations is their pink Moscato cupcake with fresh strawberries and strawberry buttercream.
