Kaitlyn has been a part of the Parks family since she got her license four years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in special education with a minor in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. When it comes to real estate, Kaitlyn specializes in helping her clients navigate the buying and selling processes, as well as relocation.

Prior to her career in real estate, Kaitlyn spent three years working as a special education teacher at Mt. Juliet Middle School in Wilson County. Jennifer has been a part of the Parks family since she got her license three years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and specializes in working with real estate investors and urban core properties. Prior to real estate, Jennifer worked in sales and management for over 12 years. In her previous role, she worked in the social services field for five years with a nonprofit that helped families involved with the Department of Children’s Services.
