Baja Burrito

If you are addicted to Chipotle, you must try the local favorite, Baja Burrito. Located in Berry Hill and started in 2000, Baja Burrito is an authentic, locally-owned, independent burrito shop. Set up the same way as Chipotle, where you order either a burrito, taco, salad or ect., and you go down the fast moving line to tell the cheerful staff what you would like inside or on top, but with a more local and fully authentic flare. Be sure to try the Baja fruit tea and queso.

Saint Anejo

Located in the Gulch, you will find a trendy, high-end Mexican restaurant. Saint Anejo offers inspired Mexican cuisine and Latin mixology and a premium tequila bar. The cocktail list cannot be passed up and how could you when their list includes craft margaritas like a pineapple-cilantro margarita and cocktails with fresh, exotic botanicals. Imagine a full, delicious meal starting with Mexican street corn then hot chicken tacos with a chipotle-honey glaze and finish it off with Horchata bread pudding. Saint Anejo has open sliding windows that lead out to the outdoor patio making for a great indoor-outdoor feel that attracts many.
