Parks is proud to highlight the managing broker of our Murfreesboro office, Dawne Davis! She joined the real estate industry and the Parks family in June of 2004.
Dawne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Hollins University in Virginia. Prior to real estate, she worked in the political and non-profit fundraising world in Washington, D.C. She now specializes in residential sales and relocation.
When asked why she chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Dawne stated, “After interviewing at two competing companies, I knew the minute I walked into the Parks in Brentwood office that I was home. Since then, I've never looked back!” She chose to step into the real estate industry because she enjoys working with people and helping them through one of the most important purchases of their life. Since no deal is ever the same, Dawne loves that things always stay exciting and fresh as a real estate agent.
If Dawne could offer a tip to new agents, it would be to stay consistent with doing the nine Ninja daily and weekly habits. She also stated, “Perseverance is your best trait. Keep your nose to the ground and believe in yourself. The magic will happen!”
Dawne has had many professional accomplishments that include being the REALTOR® of the Year for the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® in 2017, holding a position on the Board of Directors for the WCAR from 2018 to 2020, and being the 2020 Division 2 Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS®.
Dawne currently lives in a historic home, circa 1865, that rests on 35 beautiful acres in rural Rutherford County. In her spare time, she loves entertaining and cooking for friends and family. Dawne also enjoys traveling — although 2020 has kept her grounded for the most part.
