Parks is proud to highlight the managing broker of our Green Hills office, Hagan Stone! Hagan has been a part of the Parks family for three years and a real estate agent for the past 21 years.
Hagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Belmont University. Prior to real estate, he worked for a large advertising agency in the marketing communication field. During his time there, Hagan had the opportunity to work with national clients like Bridgestone and Dometic Corporation. When it comes to the real estate industry, he specializes in buyer and seller representation.
Hagan chose to become a real estate agent because he has always had a passion for architecture and design, as well as helping people achieve their dreams. Real estate is a perfect marriage of the two! When asked why he chose to join the Parks Family of REALTORS®, Hagan stated, “I chose Parks for the agent-centric focus of the company, the tech tools that are provided, and the integrity of its leadership. To thrive in this profession, these are keys to success.”
If Hagan could offer a tip to new agents, it would be to work hard and always be a student in search of a master to learn from. “Take every opportunity to embrace the Parks culture. It’s a culture of abundance,” he stated.
Hagan has had many professional accomplishments during his time in the real estate industry. He was recognized as “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2010 for the Greater Nashville REALTORS® and held the position of President for the association in 2014. Hagan was also the President of Tennessee REALTORS® for 2020.
In his spare time, Hagan loves to read, travel, and discover new restaurants in Nashville. He is always on the hunt for the best wine list and most unique charcuterie board! Hagan and his wife, Laura, are also parents to two active teenagers and four very active dogs. As a family, they enjoy going to Disney World and Universal Studios. “The higher the roller coaster, the better!” Hagan says.
