ABOUT BRENTWOOD

The area between Davidson and Williamson counties is home to some of the prettiest communities in Middle Tennessee. Brentwood, Tennessee sits just minutes from downtown Nashville and features pristine parks, some of the best schools in the state, and homes that look like they’ve come out of a Southern Living magazine.

Brentwood is located about 10 minutes south of Nashville in scenic Williamson County, and because of its easy access to Nashville and small-town feel, Brentwood has quickly grown to become one of the most attractive and desirable communities in Tennessee.

The town is home to an abundance of recreational and cultural amenities such as 11 public parks, the Brentwood Library, which is a must visit if you have kids, the YMCA, and the Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex which features a pool and tennis courts. Crockett Park provides a beautiful space for a walk or bike ride and houses several multipurpose fields, basketball courts, and an amphitheater that hosts several concerts and events each year.

There is no shortage of places to shop and eat in Brentwood. Unique boutiques, organic grocery stores, and locally owned restaurants are mixed in with well-known chains and shopping centers. Locals particularly enjoy staples such as the Perch or the Wild Iris for daytime eats. You’ll find people grabbing a bite from Local Taco or Judge Bean’s during their lunch break. Uncle Julio’s make great places for a casual dinner, and Mere Bulles is popular for special occasions. Nearby Cool Springs gives residents even more shopping and dining locations with the high-end Cool Springs Galleria and surrounding restaurants.

Brentwood is a part of the Williamson County School system, which is the 2nd best in the state. The public elementary schools were ranked top 10 in Tennessee, and all of them ranked a 10, the highest rating by Greatschools. It is also home to two of the top 10 high schools in the state.

Whether you’re a business professional wanting a convenient place to call home, a parent looking for a great environment and school system for your kids, or someone who’s ready to settle in an affluent neighborhood, this region has something to offer all. With beautiful landscapes, plenty to see and do, and safe and established neighborhoods, you can’t go wrong settling in Brentwood.
