Guide to Nashville’s Restaurant Week

Posted by Jenni Barnett on Saturday, January 13th, 2018 at 8:17am.

It’s no secret that Nashville (and the surrounding communities thanks to logistics and a little ingenuity) has become a foodie town. Both locals and tourists alike can’t seem to get enough of the one of a kind, locally owned restaurants around town, and the need has opened a lot of restaurant doors in the past few years.

The Nashville Originals, the non-profit, independent restaurant association for Music City, hosts restaurant week, with the next event being January 15th through the 21st. The organization normally hosts two week-long events per year, but this will be the only one for 2018, so take advantage of the opportunities while you can!

Approximately 60 restaurants are members of the Originals, and most will participate in Restaurant Week with special menus, food and drink specials, and dishes that are not normally on the menu. There’s something for everyone, as the restaurants vary from coffee shops to steakhouses to ethnic cuisines.

To kick off the event, the Nashville Originals is hosting Resolution Wrecker, a dessert and beverage event with all you can eat specialty samples from some of Nashville’s favorite restaurants. The event will be held at the Listening Room Cafe on Sunday, January 14.
