November is a great time to enjoy time with your family and friends, eat a great meal or two (or more!), and gear up for the holiday season. There’s a lot going on this November to keep you busy, but many events have the wonderful opportunity of also letting you give back to your community. Take some time this month to reflect on what you’re grateful for and give back when you can!

November 3-4: Gallatin Ghost Walk
Gallatin City Hall | Gallatin

Storytellers in period dress tell chilling tales of Sumner County’s history and folklore. This tradition has been apart of Gallatin’s community calendar since 2005 and is a family-friendly event. This will be a great event for those who didn’t get enough ghost stories at Halloween.

November 4: Wine Down Main Street
Downtown Franklin

Benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, Wine Down Main Street is a fun opportunity to support a good cause! Enjoy 170 different wines, food from 30 regional vendors, plus live music on the square. It’s a great way to meet new people and the event has been voted number one fundraising event in Williamson County ten years in a row.

November 9: Candlelight Open House
Belle Meade Plantation | Nashville

Visit the mansion for a special after-hours tour by candlelight. Guests will also get the chance to visit with Santa, sample wine from the on-site winery, do some holiday shopping, listen to carolers, and create one of a kind crafts. It’s a free event and perfect for the whole family! All proceeds benefit the historic home.

November 10-12: Christmas Village
Fair Grounds | Nashville

Shop from over 260 merchants from 25 states for gifts, clothing, artwork, home decor, and more. The event is one of the largest Christmas shopping opportunities in town and benefits the Nashville Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club charities.

November 11: Brunch and Bid
Courtyard by Marriott | Mt. Juliet

Parks in Mt. Juliet is hosting the 17th Annual Brunch and Bid, a silent and live auction event benefiting the Tennessee School for the Blind. Students will be on hand for a special choral performance, and of course, brunch will be provided! This is an annual favorite for Parks staff and agents and is a great opportunity to gather those in the real estate and Mt. Juliet community.

November 18: A Very Maury Christmas

November 21: Christmas on the Cumberland Grand Opening

The City of Clarksville puts on a great holiday light display featuring over two million sparkling lights. The display will stay up through January 2nd, but join for the Grand Opening to be among the first to stroll through the lights along the Cumberland River.

November 23: Nashville Turkey Trot
Start/Finish at Two Rivers Park | Nashville

Work up an appetite before you enjoy your Thanksgiving meal by running an 8k/8 mile marathon through Shelby Bottoms Greenway. The marathon supports the Tennessee Chapter of the ALS Association.
