Parks Realty hosted the 43rd Annual Company Meeting on February 21st, 2018 at the Omni Hotel in Nashville. Approximately 600 agents and staff attended the meeting, celebrating a magnificent 2017.
CEO Bob Parks had set an ambitious goal for the company in 2017: to inspire the people within the company to live magnificent lives. That goal helped the company have a record-breaking year with over $2.25 billion in total sales volume.
Parks boasts the highest average list to sale price and the lowest average residential days on market among the top 10 firms. The company’s average sales price is also the highest of the top 5 firms in the market and $26,500 above market average.
Parks also leads in the luxury market, having the most luxury listings and luxury buyers (listings over $750,000) in the Middle Tennessee market.
Bob Parks also announced the top producers for 2017 with the Turner Victory Team of Murfreesboro as the top agent and John Harney of the Parks Group as the top commercial agent. Both reached $70 million+ in sales.
The Franklin and Smyrna offices were awarded most philanthropic offices thanks to their combined 1,450 hours of service, $65,000 in donations, and individual efforts with charitable organizations. Glenda Victory and Linda O’Brien were both recognized for celebrating their 40th anniversaries with Parks in 2017.
Finally, Bob announced the company’s goals for 2018: to continue living magnificent lives.
“It never changes,” Parks said. “It’s not about $3 billion in sales. It’s about creating an environment so that you can be successful and love life.”
He continued, “We’ll continue down that course as long as we’re around.”
