Why Stage?

What is Staging, and why you need a Realtor ® who is also an
Accredited Staging Professional, ASP when selling your home.

StagingHome staging is professionally preparing homes for sale, so that they appeal to more buyers and most often generate the highest amount of money and shorter days on the market. Staged homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean, clutter and odor free and ready to show to prospective buyers.

StagingHome staging is not decorating, fluffing, interior design or redesign. Instead, home staging is detailing, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and preparing the home at it’s best, giving it a “show home” appearance so that the potential buyer can envision living there. The moment homeowners decide to put their home on the market, it effectively becomes a product.

StagingAs your Realtor, I will evaluate the home in it’s entirety including curb appeal, maintenance. fixtures, age of decor, wall colors, furniture placement, accessorizing, reorganizing, etc (if needed). At this point, recommendations are suggested and accompanied by a list of qualified contractors/ vendors who can assist us with the transformation. I will also conduct an analysis of the home and study the current market in your neighborhood, determining the best asking price. The marketing plan is then customized and presented to the seller.

Our ultimate goal is to get the home sold as quickly as possible for highest purchase price negotiated.
