In this article, we’ll take a closer look at just a few of the tax breaks that any homeowner should consider.

One note before we get started: these homeowner deductions are all itemized. That means you won’t be

What is the Big Payback?

The Big Payback is a 24 hour online giving day that is geared towards Middle Tennessee non-profits. It was started back in 2014 so, this will be the 5th year of the Big Payback. Are you looking to sell your home soon? Is your home on the market but not getting the showings and offers you’ve been hoping for? If either case is a reality, there are some things you can do to lead to faster and more profitable sales.
